Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival is no problem — just let us know. Later check-out can often be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Breakfast is included with every hotel room. The studio flats and apartments are self-catering with full kitchens; breakfast there is available on request for an extra charge. Our on-site restaurant serves local and continental food.
Belvoir Avenue, 86 Wilkinson Road, Freetown — one of the city's most sought-after addresses. Lumley and Aberdeen beaches are about 7 minutes away, the Lungi Airport water taxi 5 minutes, and the city centre 15 minutes. Gyms, restaurants, night clubs, supermarkets and sports clubs are all within walking distance.
Yes, pickup and drop-off are arranged on request for a fee. We can also help with Sea Coach water-taxi tickets from Lungi Airport. Contact us with your flight details and we will organise it and confirm the cost before you arrive.
Rooms start at $60 per night, studio flats from $100 and apartments from $100, up to $150 for the two-bedroom. All rates are quoted per night in US dollars and include the room and the stated number of guests.
We accept bank card, Mobile Money and the Flot app, and cards issued in any currency are welcome — your own bank handles the conversion. All rates are quoted in US dollars. Bank card and the Flot app are charged in dollars; Mobile Money settles in Leones. You can pay in full or leave a 30% deposit and settle the balance at check-in.
Yes to both. Parking is free and private on site. The property has 24-hour electricity, so there is no interruption during your stay, and some apartments have their own electricity meter so you can manage and pay your own usage.

Yes. Extended stays start from $1,000 monthly and $14,000 annually, with tailor-made packages for business travellers, relocating guests and extended vacations. These are quoted separately — contact us and we will put something together.
Belvoir is a non-smoking property. There is a dedicated outdoor smoking area for guests who smoke.
If you paid in full and cancel more than 48 hours before your check-in date, you get a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, or you do not arrive, we charge the first night and refund the rest. Deposits are non-refundable at any point. Full details are on our booking terms page.
